A crazy thing happens during the development of this bean—only one single round bean forms inside the cherry instead of two! This tiny little "peaberry" is grown at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro and produces a coffee that’s heavy in body with subtle flavors of wine & ripe fruit. Very intense!We use only 100% fine Arabica beans that are hand-selected, sun-dried, and then roasted in small batches using the European method of slow roasting. The beans are then air-cooled and packaged while still warm in patented valve bags to ensure the ultimate in freshness.
