This hard bean makes a consistently fresh cup of coffee with medium body, clean refreshing flavor, and a snap of acidity. We use only 100% fine Arabica beans that are hand-selected, sun-dried, and then roasted in small batches using the European method of slow roasting. The beans are then air-cooled and packaged while still warm in patented valve bags to ensure the ultimate in freshness.
