Central and Latin American beans are blended together, then roasted to a peak city roast. The resulting blend has a light body, subtle flavor with a slight snap of acidity and bright finish.
We use only 100% fine Arabica beans that are hand-selected, sun-dried, and then roasted in small batches using the European method of slow roasting. The beans are then air-cooled and packaged while still warm in patented valve bags to ensure the ultimate in freshness. We proudly offer coffees that are certified organic, fair trade, and are rainforest-, bird-, and environment-friendly.
